Born in 1975, Mr. Amir Anuar Bin Abdul Ghani is the graduate of International Islamic University Malaysia who graduated the Bachelor of Laws degree with honors in year 2000.

He started his career in legal practice by reading in the chamber of Dato’ Abdul Rahman Bin Abdullah at Messrs. Abdul Rahman & Associates in 2000 where later he was called to the Bar on August 2001. During that period he was exposed to various type of banking litigation where he mastered his knowledge in litigation works especially Banking Litigation and General Accident.

He then joined Messrs. Adri, Hisham & Associates in Batu Pahat as a Legal Assistant where he focused further on Banking Litigation, Conveyancing and General Litigation. Due to his enthusiasm in seeking experience and knowledge he moved to work under the name of Messrs. M. S. Lim & Co as a Legal Assistant until December 2003 doing Conveyancing and General Litigation.

Later, he was called back to Messrs. Abdul Rahman & Associates as a Legal Assistant heading litigation department. During his practice he had been dealing with almost all banks and financial institutions before and after merger including but not limited to Malayan Banking Berhad, Southern Bank Berhad, Eon Bank Berhad, Bumiputra Commerce Bank Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Berhad, Bank Pertanian Malaysia, Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad and Public Bank Berhad.

Finally, he established his firm Messrs. Amir, Izady & Co as one of the partners. The partnership of then resolved Messrs. Amir, Izady & Co and Mr. Amir Anuar later joined Messrs. Ahmad Rasyid Ismail & Co as a Partner and Branch Manager on 29 March 2006.

His last position is the chief executive partner responsible in developing, running and managing the firm’s branch in Batu Pahat and Kluang, Johor. Overall he has been practicing more than ten years. He is also a renowned know Syar’ie Lawyers in Batu Pahat and Kluang, Johor and is very active in Islamic preachings all around Malaysia.

He then changed his course by leaving the founder and change the original firm of Ahmad Rasyid Ismail & Co to Amir Anuar & Co.
